Coffee Time Romance gives it 5 Cups!!!!!

This book was truly great. It touches the heart in so many ways. Two emotional people who are afraid to let go of their past and have to learn to trust each other and love again. It made such an endearing story. Ms. LeDuc has a way of taking two lovely characters and turning the story into one which will remain in your heart always. Her writing keeps you on the edge of your seat, almost chewing at your nails as you wonder whether this couple will reunite. I loved the witty banter between the two. We need more people like Harrison and Lara.

Wholly believable, this story captured my attention and held it till the end of the book. I loved Lara and her personality and I totally enjoyed her competitive nature. Ms. LeDuc has, in my opinion, written a story that captures the true essence of two people searching for that elusive perfect love and finding something more, each other. Gifts From The Heart is the emotional tale of two people who must let go of the past and trust one another. Ms. LeDuc uses humor and dialogue to creat a every endearing story. Lara and Harrison are an exceptional couple and will not soon be forgotten. I look forward to Ms. LeDuc's next book.

In LOVE'S WICKED JEWEL, Nora LeDuc pens two very loveable characters in the form of Nathaniel, whose reputation is as black as his name and Genneva, to whom cleanliness is godliness. Through the intrigue and suspense of solving the mystery of the murder, Nora's sense of humor shines through in the witty banter between the hero and the heroine. One can not help falling for Genneva's tart tongue and Nathaniel's whimsical repertoire. The book (LOVE'S WICKED JEWEL) was enormously entertaining from beginning to end. The characters were well developed and interesting. The dialogue was exceptional. I especially appreciated the humor and attitude in much of the conversation between Genneva and Nathaniel. It added that little extra dimension that really “made” the book. I also enjoyed the various societal roles portrayed by the characters: Grandmother, so proper and refined; Lucy, so emotional and petulant; Charles, so gentlemanly and shamed; Nathaniel, so roguish and charming; and Genneva, so prim and respectable. McCleena Alcott wanted a vacation. What she got was anything but. As if finding her brother half dead wasn't enough, the killer is after her now.

Murder by Heart is a fast paced, action packed book filled with enough suspense and intrigue to keep you glued to your chair reading. At least it did for me. Ms. LeDuc creates compelling characters and a mystery that will keep the reader from putting the book down. The growing romance between McCleena and Mitch only adds to the tension as McCleena tries to stay alive and find out who wants her dead. Ms. LeDuc has mixed the perfect amount of romance, mystery, and excitement to make one entertaining read.
