Review:
This book was written with witty humor and spine tingling suspense.

I was either laughing or getting the chills. I loved the dialog! Most chapters ended with a great hook, to make me want to turn the pages faster. This was a great read, with intriguing characters and a mystery that left me guessing until it was solved.

From the very first page, the pace of the story is excellent. This story was cleverly crafted. Just the title alone intrigued me, and then I saw the cover. I was definitely glad I picked t his book to read. Pick Up Lines For Murder is a great book.

Pick Up Lines For Murder Review from the Romance Studio

4 Hearts from TRS!, June 8, 2010

This review is from: Pick Up Lines For Murder (Paperback, ebook)

This was an enjoyable, cozy romantic mystery. The characters were so endearingly realistic. The slight touch of paranormal was nice and even if you are not a fan of that genre it will not spoil the book for you. The lead couple are far from perfect but they are perfect for each other. The two main characters are so very realistic full of flaws and positive attributes. Jozy is so very independent, stubbornly so and it was interesting to watch her grow to trust her reporter in shinning armour. Cooper is so driven and the fact that his career means so much to him could be a major obstacle for the relationship. I enjoyed watching him deal with his work goals and his growing feelings for Jozy. I love Delilah the life-coach slash therapist, she exudes calmness and new age self-help. I appreciated the little details that brought the school setting to life; I have friends who are teachers and they are constantly complaining about photocopy codes and lack of supplies. The mystery itself was neither too hard nor too easy to solve and I liked the twist. This is a good solid read that I gladly recommend. - Theresa Joseph

Review: Love's Wicked Jewel

4 stars

"LeDuc's tale of stolen diamonds, murder and a lord in pursuit of a lady is just the right combination for a wonderful Regency book. The secondary characters are all outstanding, and several of the scenes contain wry humor that binds all into a tidy bundle of compelling and suspenseful romance."
